HAROLD L. RITCHIE, is the principal of Ritchie International, an Illinois corporation founded in 1989 and based in Atlanta, Georgia with offices in San Francisco and London.
     Prior to forming Ritchie International as the premier brand consulting firm, Hal was Corporate Vice President of Operations at Canteen Corporation. During his 18 years at Canteen he also held positions including Vice President Marketing & Sales and Executive Vice President & General Manager, Yellowstone National Park Division.
     Hal has over 30 years of experience providing a variety of hospitality consulting services including operations, retail master planning, market entry, corporate strategic planning, conceptual design of new products, and marketing services. His firm is internationally recognized for developing branding as a paradigm shift within the food service industry.
     Hal is a principal and founder of Branding America, the number one branding conference and exhibit show in North America. Hal is also the co-author of Brands America, A Resource Guide for Operations Branding. He speaks and writes on the subject worldwide and publishes articles on branding and retail development.
